Recruiting Support : Coordinate job postings, streamline candidate pipelines, schedule interviews, and align recruitment efforts with our employer brand. Policy & Compliance: Ensure compliance standards are met, update policies, and maintain clear documentation of processes. General Administration: Handle office management tasks and support various ad hoc administrative projects. Your profile Experience: Relevant experience in finance, HR, or administrative roles (internships or work-study positions count). Languages : Fluent in German, with strong English skills. Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with tools like Google Suite, Excel, Pleo and Personio. Mindset: Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive. You're a problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced environments.
