Job Description
In this position as part of the Operations Area Europe team, you will cooperate closely with our Doka Sales Organizations and manage daily challenges in the area of supply chain.
Your key responsibilities include:
1. You will fulfill material demands as well as regulate the logistics process throughout the supply circle.
2. You will initiate and support global material exchange (intercompany) & coordinate bottlenecks in supply.
3. You will support the maintenance of a balanced stock and material procurement planning based on business demand.
4. You will interconnect with Doka Sales Branches, collaborate with other Distribution Centers and the Headquarters to support and optimize supply performance.
5. You will implement and monitor Doka’s global logistics standards & processes .
6. You will collaborate on the further development of software-relevant tools (e.g. Discos, RapidResponse).
Qualifications
1. Commercial education with a focus on Logistics or Supply Chain.
2. Practical experience in Operations or Logistics is an advantage.
3. Proactive and communicative personality.
4. Entrepreneurial thinking combined with hands-on mentality.
5. Personal responsibility and assertiveness.
6. Dedicated, solution-oriented, and stress-resistant & able to handle as a troubleshooter under time pressure.
7. Team player with a high degree of service orientation.
8. Very good command of English (oral and written) - Proficiency in German is an asset.
9. IT affinity with good MS Office skills required (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
10. Ready for business trips.

The salary framework is adapted to local conditions and professional experience.
To work partly from Home Office after the Onboarding is possible in agreement with your team leader.
