What you'll do
* You will develop and enhance privacy processes and procedures, ensuring they are comprehensive and adaptable
* By collaborating with international project managers and business leaders, you will provide expert privacy consultation for a variety of IT projects
* You will conduct thorough risk assessments, assess technical and organizational measures (TOMs), and perform regular audits to improve data handling processes within Knauf IT
* Working closely with compliance, information security, and procurement teams, you will ensure that privacy compliance is maintained across the organization
* You will deliver training sessions to IT staff on privacy policies and best practices, fostering a culture of compliance and awareness
Who you are
* Ideally, you possess a combination of a legal or business degree with a technical or computer science background, offering a well-rounded perspective on privacy matters
* You have substantial experience in handling privacy issues within multinational corporations, equipping you to address both broad and specific privacy challenges
* Your passion for national and international privacy regulations, coupled with a strong IT acumen, keeps you at the forefront of the field
* Proficient in leveraging governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) tools, you utilize them to fortify privacy-related GRC activities
* Known as an empathic team player, you balance sharp analytical skills with a proactive "can do" attitude
* You communicate fluently in both German and English, ensuring clarity and cohesion in every interaction
