Field Sales Representative, Uber Eats
We are seeking a skilled Field Sales Representative to join our team in Berlin, Germany. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with top restaurants and negotiating partnerships to drive growth.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will have a passion for food, excellent communication skills, and the ability to close deals quickly. You will work closely with restaurant partners to understand their needs and preferences, and use your expertise to craft personalized pitches that showcase the value of Uber Eats.
Key Responsibilities
* Closing deals with restaurant partners by leading the end-to-end sales process.
* Negotiating contracts and establishing strong working relationships with restaurant partners.
* Communicating the value of Uber Eats and its products and services to competitors.
* Helping to design and implement processes to ensure Uber Eats can scale quickly and effectively.
Qualifications
* Confidence in building strong relationships with partners and closing new business.
* Relentless drive, self-motivation, and goal-oriented mindset.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in German and English languages.
Preferred Qualifications
* Initial experience in sales (tech/non-tech, retail, tourism).
* Experience in sourcing, negotiating, and driving contracts to closure.
* Travel readiness within the Greater Berlin Area.
