Our client, for whom we are looking for a Regional Country Manager (full-time job) for the subsidiary of a worldwide renowned company in the new energy industry (public company with more than 10000 employees) in Germany, Italy and Spain.
Qualifications and knowledge:
* Local nationality, with more than 10 years of work and management experience in the field of power companies/grid operators/power plants
* Master's degree or above, with rich knowledge in sales business development and subsidiary management
* Have abundant cooperation customer resources on the utility-scale, industrial and commercial, and household energy storage business
* Applicants who are proficient in listening, speaking, reading and writing of the local language, a second foreign language in the region or a multi-cultural style will be given priority
* Be familiar with the entire process of B2B international business transactions and trade knowledge
* Excellent communication skills, organizational skills, and teamwork spirit
* Be honest and trustworthy, have a sense of responsibility, adapt to a fast-paced work environment, and have the ability to work under pressure
* Self-motivated, passionate, ambitious, energetic and results-oriented.
Duties and responsibilities:
* Responsible for the sales targets of the country where located, and lead the local team to complete the designated market share and brand development tasks
* Develop key customers in target industries and achieve key customer sales performance tasks
* Connect key projects with power plants, grid operators, power company IPP & EPC, C&I, and household energy storage customers to establish long-term cooperative relationships
* Responsible for order acquisition, gross profit margin level, order delivery, and payment collection, from Lead to Cash; In accordance with after-sales service commitments, handle customer complaints and maintain customer satisfaction
* Interact and persuade customer decision-makers in the value chain, and be responsible for customer management and financial risk management
* Collect and analyze the latest local policy and competition information, including market demand trends, government policies, and the existence and performance of major competitors, to provide reference for the headquarters' market strategy and sales decisions
* Participate in industry exhibitions and summits to promote brand activities
* Perform other related duties as assigned by direct supervisor
