The Stores area creates the technical basis for efficient store processes by using the latest technologies. Our customers will be able to see the results of your work first-hand in all ALDI SOUTH stores worldwide. Our processes are increasingly moving to mobile devices to provide store associates with the most up-to-date hardware and software support. To facilitate this strategic focus, we are continually expanding our current team of experts.
Your Job
What this role looks like.
* Advising the product team and product owner on requirements arising from business processes specific to electronic shelf labels
* Working closely with the product owner and stakeholders to translate business requirements related to electronic shelf labels into detailed specifications and user stories
* Assisting in driving the demand management process and evaluating priorities in the product backlog for our electronic shelf label solution
* Working closely together in an agile environment with the product team to review and validate product increments from development to rollout
* Identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to increase efficiency within our digital signage solution
* Assuming ownership of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the digital signage solution to ensure that the organisation follows the relevant processes
* Driving and contributing to process optimisation initiatives for electronic shelf labels
Your Profile
What you bring with you.
* Good understanding of the demand-to-solution process
* Very good analytical and strategic skills; experience with requirements analysis
* Knowledge of requirement-gathering techniques, such as user stories and use cases
* Experience working as part of an agile team
* Communication skills in a target-group-oriented context and good intercultural awareness
* Very good English skills
What you bring with you.
* Basic understanding of process optimisation (e.g. Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt)
* Prior background/experience working with an electronic shelf label solution
