Role Purpose: On the sales side, the FAMS works with a single or set of Account Managers and/or Account Directors aligned with the overall sales goals, to manage all aspects of the client relationship. During the traineeship, the FAMS learns to understand and communicate entire breadth of the company product line. The role supports the growth of their assigned accounts and participates in daily account interactions, contributes to client satisfaction, account management and account-level sales tactics and strategy. On the CS side, the FAMS works with a single or a set of Project Managers aligned with the overall CS goals, to manage all aspects of the project related client relationship. During the traineeship the FAMS learns to understand and communicate the entire breadth of the field work process. The role contributes significantly to client satisfaction and supports the growth of the client relationship by excellent and diligent execution of the project workflow. Responsibilities: Sales Part: Facilitate bid process by qualifying RFP’s, writing proposals, and developing effective pricing for clients. Define project-level feasibility for client bids using proprietary tools and prepare proposals in a diligent, customer centric format. Keep the company’s CRM tool updated with delivered bids. Work with Account Managers and Account Directors to develop, expand and leverage the client relationship with focus on developing incremental revenue through closing sales, effective up-selling and managing client expectations during delivery phase. Assist Client Services Team during project delivery with additional information and partner sourcing, if required. Assist in presentations or other sales related activities, required by the Account Directors and Account Managers. CS: The project coordinator will support 1 -2 Project Managers as they work to manage, service and execute market research projects Complete repeatable tasks, which will include but will not be limited to: 1. Impression checks 2. Sampling 3. Prepping weekly reports/up-dates 4. Reconciliations/billing & other admin tasks Research Science: understand research and methodologies as taught in the business school clarify needs and expectations of clients working closely with the Research Science team support the team with first advice on best practice and methodologies, along with understanding the use of new and less frequently used approaches. Become a point of contact and communicate technical analytics in understandable language. as a trainee, you will become as independent as possible to provide first- line answers and advice for internal business partners. You will assist and support on projects involving research science which can have a positive commercial impact to Dynata and our Clients. Coding: Create code list(s) out of the verbatim responses gathered. Categorize verbatim responses of survey respondents. Assign appropriate code(s) to the verbatim response. QA: FAMS trainees learn the basic rules of survey and quota testing and catering easy projects with 20 – 30 questions, though they can work on medium complexity surveys with the supervision of another higher level tester. Review questionnaire and create scenarios for easy surveys to validate the logics indicated, make sure they are free from errors and follows client’s standard Coordinate and interact with programmers and/or PM for unclear items and areas that needs thorough testing especially when confronted with a tight deadline Formulate recommendations or suggestions on vague logics in the questionnaire Ensure completion of testing in a given deadline and/or update programmers/PM when initial timeline is not met Being able to perform quota testing on easy complexity projects and to conduct cross browsing testing as requested Education: High School degree required Experience: No work experience required Knowledge and Skills: Knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
