Job Overview
1. Instructing employees on occupational safety issues and ensuring and guaranteeing compliance with safety regulations
2. Technical and disciplinary supervisor (m/f/d) of all employees in the production of individual plastic parts (approx. 30 employees)
3. Controlling the deployment of employees
4. Advising, instructing and informing employees about duties, tasks, responsibilities and changes in the work process
5. Carrying out the performance appraisal of subordinate employees
6. Scheduling and technical monitoring and control of the workflow
7. Eliminating operational disruptions in cooperation with other departments
8. Initiating maintenance, informing superiors about defects and their elimination
9. Optimizing and improving production processes
10. Provision of department-specific key figures (OEE, etc.)
11. Personnel planning, personnel deployment planning, detailed production planning
12. Independent prioritization in the event of capacity bottlenecks and identification of risks
13. Process optimization using analytical and statistical methods (5S method, 5 Why, Poka Yoke, Kanban, etc.)
What your background should look like:
14. Completed vocational training in the field of process mechanics for plastics and rubber technology or comparable
15. Further training as an industrial foreman (m/f/d), master craftsman (m/f/d), technician (m/f/d) or completed studies, alternatively many years of professional experience
