You will be the first SDR on the ground driving all outbound and prospecting efforts at peopleIX. We are aiming to hit €1mn ARR and you would be a core component in achieving that!
We’re looking for a high-energy sales hunter. This is not a typical SDR role - you’ll be building our outbound sales engine from scratch and setting the foundation for our future sales team.
Aufgaben
* Build and maintain a high-quality pipeline through strategic outreach and follow-ups
* Identify and qualify high-value opportunities for our people intelligence platform
* Partner directly with our Co-Founders to refine our sales playbook and outreach strategies
* Track, analyze, and report on key sales metrics and prospect feedback
* Get on the ground to get in touch with HR/People Executives by sending mails, cold calling, attending HR Events, etc.
Qualifikation
* Proven track record of exceeding quota (minimum 1 year experience)
* Exceptional communication skills and ability to think quickly on your feet
* Strong discovery skills and ability to identify pain points
* Self-starter mentality with a hunger to build something from scratch
* Native German speaker with excellent proficiency in English
* You like doing outreaches, a lot
* You’ve been told no hundreds of times
* You handle rejections well
* You can easily motivate yourself
* Startup experience or demonstrated entrepreneurial spirit
* Experience in HR Tech is a big plus
