Your IMPACT:
1. Shape the PGIS Roadmap: Spend time with customers to understand their needs and market trends and create a roadmap that delivers real value.
2. Develop Business Concepts: Create and manage business cases for new offers, handle the budget, and organize the launch activities.
3. Manage the Squad Backlog: Define, prioritize, and communicate product requirements, ensuring smooth alignment with marketing and strategy.
4. Ensure Execution Excellence: Lead and collaborate with the team to ensure new offers are launched effectively.
5. Foster a Collaborative Environment: Motivate and organize the team, act as the liaison with stakeholders, and ensure transparency.

Your Profile:
* You have a degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial Engineering or a related field.
* You bring at least ten years of professional experience in industrial companies.
* Do you already have experience with medium voltage switchgear? Great!
* You show strong organizational skills and maintain an overview even in stressful situations.
* You have excellent English skills; German skills are desirable.
