We are looking for a Head of Online Sales to take our self-service sales channel to the next level. You will play a critical role in driving Scrive’s growth strategy by optimizing digital sales channels and managing the customer lifecycle - from freemium to paid subscriptions. This is a unique opportunity to lead cross-functional teams and make a significant impact on Scrive’s digital presence and scalability.
Your challenge
As the Head of Online Sales, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through our self-service channels. Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, you will manage a team and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to optimize every stage of the customer journey.
In your everyday work, you will:
1. Drive revenue growth: Increase paying subscribers through self-service channels while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
2. Lifecycle management: Engage and convert free trial users into paid subscribers, minimizing churn with optimized user journeys.
3. Pricing and packaging: Propose improvements to align with customer needs and market trends.
4. Leverage virality: Turn viral activity (+50,000 signed contracts/day) into lead generation and customer conversions.
5. Cross-functional leadership: Lead a cross-functional team including developers, product specialists, and UX designers to achieve growth goals.
6. Optimize conversion rates: Enhance sign-ups, activation, and contact forms via A/B testing and data analysis.
7. Performance reporting: Set KPIs, analyze data, and present actionable insights to senior leadership.

1. Proven experience driving revenue growth through self-service digital sales channels, ideally in a SaaS or B2B e-commerce setting.
2. Expertise in lifecycle management and customer retention strategies, with a track record of increasing trial-to-paid conversion rates.
3. Proficiency in pricing, packaging strategies, and leveraging viral growth initiatives.
4. Advanced skills in digital analytics tools (e.g., GA4, Piwik Pro), A/B testing, marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo), and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
5. Strong analytical and leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams and external agencies.
6. A growth mindset, hands-on approach, and ability to adapt to new challenges.
