As Director for Global Manufacturing Project Controlling, you will play a key role in enhancing our global manufacturing controlling processes, systems, and guidelines. Your primary focus will be to eliminate non-value-adding activities, while simplifying, standardizing, and automating processes by leveraging our systems. Your assignments Drive continuous improvement in financial reporting and forecasting Conduct in-depth operations analysis, resource allocation, and business case evaluations Improving capital expenditure planning, inventories, payables, and receivables forecasting Review and develop standard-costing, leverage models, FTE tracking, and risk management Support footprint strategy, resilience planning, sustainability efforts, benchmarks, and strategic planning Lead and support step changes in processes to drive faster, data-driven decision-making Identify and implement efficiency gains, to reinvest resources into unmet business needs Provide fact-based analyses and strategic recommendations to senior management Your profile Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance or a related field 10 years’ experience in manufacturing controlling, ideally as a Site Controlling Head Strong expertise in product costing, value chains, variance analysis, inventories, payables, and receivables Ability to challenge partners while maintaining productive relationships Proven experience in global project management Comfortable working in a multinational matrixed environment, challenging the status quo, and driving initiatives with strong communication skills Advanced proficiency in SAP and SAC Strong skills in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint); Power BI knowledge is a plus Fluent in English; German is a plus
