Your responsibilities This is a Key finance position in Reckitt CEU Finance organization supporting the Commercial leaders as a strategic business partner in delivering profitable financial growth while providing a full spectrum of financial control and financial support to the brands/customers within Reckitt. Key responsibilities are in the following areas: Support with sales plans, forecasts, outlooks and strategic views Ensure a seat at the decision table and provide advice / information for all strategic business initiatives (such as sizing, packaging, pricing decisions, etc) Support business growth opportunities, such as new product development and investment analysis Understand all aspects of the Commercial P&L, act as liaison between category management and Supply Finance with respect to S&OP planning, cost assumptions, commodity movements, squeeze targets, inventory obsolescence, etc. Develop strong understanding of all category / customer trade investment strategies Support Key Account managers providing necessary tools and information for year-end negotiations with customers Manage functionality, usage and continuous improvement of various financial tools, process and procedures Maintain positive and proactive interaction with sales/marketing departments to ensure ongoing, effective two-way working relationships for exchange of quality financial information Ensure suitable tracking is in place to understand the portfolio performance at a category and SKU level, understanding growth products and drivers, and vulnerable products and drivers; taking action as required Control trade terms, budgeting and provide ROI analysis of promotional activities The experience we're looking for Minimum bacheloru2019s degree in business administration (Berufsakademie) Job experience: 2-3 yearsu2019 working experience in Finance/Commercial Controlling Major in Finance will be a plus Strong IT & financial systems experience Strong analytical skills Strong commercial understanding Good to advanced accounting knowledge Strong MS Excel knowledge The skills for success Business Acumen, Investment Analysis, Budgeting & Forecasting, Project Management, Improve business processes, Accounting principles, Financial Reporting, Internal controls, Financial analysis and reporting, Stakeholder engagement and influence, Strategic thinking, Risk management, Relationship management, Mergers & Acquisitions.
