Mission of the role: Optimize UX Experiences for Growth: Design, test, and iterate on user experiences in Web and App with a relentless focus on the entire user journey—acquisition, activation, and retention. Decide & Design Data-Driven: Deeply analyze A/B tests, funnels, and user behavior to uncover opportunities, refine UX, and drive continuous iteration. Experiment Rapidly for Impact : Move fast to develop, ship, and analyze experiments that validate hypotheses, solve user problems and drive measurable improvements. Scale What Works: Learn quickly from each cycle, refining and integrating successful results into the long-term product experience.
