We are looking for an experienced and passionate HR Business Partner (m/f/d) to implement and shape our global HR strategy at the country level in Germany. Being a member of the leadership team of our sales and service business in Germany, you will bring the matrix organisation between local business and global HR function to life.
This role can be performed predominantly remotely in Germany, with some travelling within Germany and presence in Allendorf (Eder) and at our 30 sales offices.
Your impact
* HR strategy enabler: advising and supporting our leadership team on HR strategy priorities, acting together on key trends, such as strategic workforce planning
* Talent enthusiasm: Increasing the quality and depth of succession planning and contributing to organisational development
* Trusted advisor: executive coaching and development to ensure business success, implementation of labour law initiatives
* Integrator: Promoting the employee experience along various initiatives and change management
* Culture and change shaper: Promoting diversity and inclusion as well as increasing employee engagement and organisational health measures
* Trend spotter: Quickly understanding and evaluating social and HR trends, discussing findings with the global HR team and the local leadership team and implementing suitable measures
Who you are
You are a talented communicator who can inspire and involve people. Your agility and ability to make decisions quickly make you a valuable partner. You also have good negotiation and interpersonal skills. To ensure that you are successful in your job, we are also looking for:
* Degree in Business Administration, Psychology, International Cultural and Business Studies or a related field
* 5+ years of experience in HR management, preferably in a similar role
* General knowledge in the HR context and German labor law, as well as change management
* High proficiency in using Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Fluent German and English language skills (level C1/C2)
* Willingness to travel within Germany on a regular basis
