We are looking for a Paid Media Coordinator (m/f/d) in Munich
Your responsibilities:
* Assist in implementing the overall paid media strategy aligned with the brand’s objectives, ensuring efficient execution.
* Collaborate on the creation of the paid media plans. This includes assisting with decisions on focus areas, developing marketing calendar, and managing digital assets in alignment with the brand's strategy.
* Support in defining and tracking the A&P budget for paid media. Help reallocate the budget as necessary to ensure an optimal mix and efficient use of resources for tactical and big-bet campaigns.
* Assist in managing communication with the agency and local partners for branded projects, ensuring that plans and assets align with expectations.
* Track and report on media investments across brands, ensuring alignment and coordination.
* Support the planning and forecasting processes for paid media activities (Paid Social, DOOH, etc.).
* Stay updated on market trends and digital tools to support the team with digital expertise.
* Identify key insights and share these learnings across brands to improve paid media strategies.
Qualifications
Your profile:
* Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Digital Media, Business Administration, or a related field.
* 2 to 3 years of Paid Media/Digital Marketing experience.
* Experience with Google Ads Manager, Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and other Social Media Marketing tools.
* Strong knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Google Analytics, Google Studio, Looker Studio, and other tracking tools.
* Analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to leverage data to make actionable business decisions.
* Ability to develop strategies that drive success and brand growth.
* Strong communication skills.
* Brand knowledge (product, consumers, strategy, etc.).
