As a Product Owner ( d/f/m) at Paymenttools, you will get the chance to build upon our transaction log in our Merchant Center, while fading out our legacy system data and giving the customers exactly what they need from us. Your expertise in product management, agile methodologies, and leadership will be instrumental in guiding the engineering team. Your tasks You are responsible for the preparation and provision of EFT (electronic funds transfer) transaction data for stationary and eCommerce retail. You develop and maintain a product roadmap, prioritize features, enhancements, and initiatives based on customer needs, business objectives, and technical constraints. You switch from business contexts to technical ones while working closely with engineering, design and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of the product roadmap. You coordinate and plan product releases, working with development teams to set release schedules and milestones while managing your products through appropriate metrics. You have a trend and innovation radar and get inspiration for new products from assessing market trends, customer feedback, as well as from competitive landscape to refine and adjust the product roadmap and make informed decisions about product improvements and optimizations. You work closely with the Go-To-Market team to inspire our customers with contemporary products and make the support staff, accountants and operations professionals happy and their work easier, if not possible in the first place. Your experiences You show strong teamwork and collaboration skills, working together with the engineers and you have the ability to motivate interdisciplinary software development teams with your positive attitude. You have proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in a technology- driven company or SaaS startup. You are comfortable with agile working in a rapidly changing work environment and have a strong understanding of agile methodologies. You are able to build products from scratch, at the same time dealing with users and customers. Your communication skills are exceptional and you are able to talk fluently and to the point in written and spoken English at all levels of the organization. Speaking German would be advantageous but not a must have.
