IT-Support 2nd Level Onsite (m/w/d)

Responsibilities:
* Installation, configuration, and setup of complex IT systems
* Deployment and maintenance of IT systems (MS Win 10, MS Active Directory, etc.)
* Hardware repairs and 2nd level support tasks using a ticketing system
* Creation of system documentation
Required Skills:
* Completed training as an IT specialist (m/f/d) for system integration with several years of professional experience
* Experience in IT support and working with ticketing systems
* Software & Hardware knowledge in Second Level Support as well as experience in the Microsoft environment
* Strong communication skills and a good command of English, which you enjoy using on a daily basis
