WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
1. Key window person for assigned customer account and sole responsible for all commercial topics
2. Drive the overall sales process from lead generation to deal closure including commercial issue resolution, contract and pricing negotiations
3. Identify and realize opportunities within the assigned customer accounts
4. Develop and execute the Growth Strategy for OEM Automotive customers
5. Manage awarded projects as well as new business pursuit activities
6. Prepare sales presentations, proposals, quotations and contracts
7. Enhance and widen network within key customer domains (Purchasing, Development, Quality, Material Planning etc.)
8. Leverage strong customer relationship to grasp key customer, competitor, product and market information
9. Manage weekly, monthly and long-term business forecasting and planning activities
10. Responsible for defining and achieving customer sales targets
11. Close collaboration with internal stakeholders from development, program management, quality, finance and factory teams
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
12. Result oriented, driven, and enthusiastic Key Account Manager with extensive sales experience at Automotive customers (OEM or Tier 1 level)
13. German OEM experience or B2B experience in Global set up is a plus
14. Experience in selling, promoting and advocating technically sophisticated products
15. Very good written and oral communication skills in English and German
16. Ability to handle multiple customer projects
17. Good negotiation skills
18. Strong interpersonal skills and a team player with ability to work effectively on cross-functional teams
19. Frequent physical presence in customer premises
