What you´ll do
* Creation, localization and implementation of brand campaigns on all digital platforms by piloting innovative digital strategies, touchpoints and formats for Henkel styling brands got2b, taft and syoss
* Development and leading of a category specific styling activation on Tiktok across Henkel styling brands
* Content management for all owned digital touchpoints, including brand websites and eCommerce product pages
* Steering of Word-Of-Mouth campaigns to drive ratings and reviews
* Briefing and production steering of creator-generated content during brand events
* Analysis of media reports and ROAS-/brand lift study results in order to further optimize current campaigns and generate insights for future communication
* Close collaboration with local brand management, media- and regional brand activation teams, as well as external agencies
What makes you a good fit
* Bachelor or Master degree in relevant field (Marketing/Digital Media/Communications)
* Min. 2 years experience in relevant field, preferably in the FMCG industry
* Strong understanding of emerging digital trends, tools, and technologies
* Exceptional project management- and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders
* Excellent German and English language skills
