In a nutshell
As Digital & Brand Marketing Coordinator, you use your passion for Distribution systems and technology to support our member hotels in building their online presence. You will implement and support our member hotels in using and maintaining the systems, strategic revenue planning and pricing.
Tasks & Responsibilities
1. Coordinate Digital Promotions:
Oversee the creation, production, and execution of multiple multichannel digital promotions. This includes managing content on, social media, acquisition campaigns, and email campaigns
2. Campaign Performance Analysis:
Key focus on analyzing campaign performance and optimizing them in a timely manner to produce successful results. Prepare detailed campaign performance reports to identify successes and areas for improvement
3. Report Generation for Digital Services:
Compile comprehensive interim and final reports on Digital Marketing services and packages sold to hotels, including key performance indicators for all services delivered
4. B2C Newsletter Management:
Oversee and coordinate the B2C newsletter calendar to ensure timely and successful sendouts. Monitor newsletter performance, stay updated on CRM developments, and propose innovative ideas to enhance CRM marketing and communications
5. Membership Services Collaboration:
Key collaborator in the ideation and creation of the yearly new Membership Services offering. Assist in setting up relevant pages on the Membership Services Portal.
6. Supervise Digital Marketing Interns:
Supervise the operations of Digital Marketing Interns focusing on CRM and product management. Conduct onboarding, training sessions, and regular check-ins to oversee their development.
7. Internship Recruitment Participation:
Collaborate with the Digital & Brand Marketing Manager to participate in the recruitment process for Digital Marketing internships.
Experience & Mindset
8. Knowledge in project planning and coordination of commercial digital marketing initiatives
9. Professional written and verbal skills in English
10. Knowledge on CRM systems
11. Good organizational and prioritization skills
12. Proactive team player who shows initiative
13. Google Analytics experience is a bonus
14. 1-3 years of experience in a Digital Marketing role, or similar
15. Bachelors degree in Business Management/Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or similar.
