Your Tasks:
* Administer (operate, control, monitor) the Citrix-/Microsoft-based infrastructure (conception, maintenance, monitoring, tuning, analysis, further development) to ensure a technically up-to-date system environment in accordance with the guidelines
* Manage (operate, control, monitor) the other server systems of TKG to ensure maximum availability of the systems and applications in accordance with the guidelines
* Develop, plan, implement and document requirements and necessary updates in the areas of Windows Server, Active Directory, Citrix XenApp, Nutanix VDI, Remote Access (Citrix ADC), Dell WMS, Manage Engine
* Provide, operate and monitor the central infrastructure functions (Domain Controller, DNS, DHCP) with the aim of ensuring the permanent availability of these systems required for all IT services
* Plan, implement, monitor and document the vulnerability management of the Windows systems and applications used with the aim of ensuring that they are permanently up-to-date and secure in accordance with the global specifications of TFS using the “Manage Engine Endpoint Central” and “Qualys Cloud Platform” products
* Carry out the packaging of all applications required on the desktop clients, taking into account the technical specifications of the requesting departments and security-relevant specifications with the aim of being able to carry out repeatable, automated software installations with the product Micro Focus ZENworks Configuration Management
* Administration of the Windows client security infrastructure based on McAfee ePO with the aim of optimizing security and compliance processes
* Designing and implementing concepts and solution approaches for upcoming IT projects
* Analyzing and implementing complex tasks that also require the development of new conceptual solutions
* Processing service desk calls in the area of 3rd level support that are related to the areas of responsibility
Your Profile:
* Successfully completed studies in IT or a comparable qualification with several years of professional experience
* Very good knowledge of Microsoft server operating systems and Citrix products
* Several years of professional experience in IT support
* Sound experience in project work
* A conceptual and structured way of working
* Very good analytical skills and strong problem-solving skills
* A high degree of initiative and sense of responsibility
* Very good knowledge of German and good written and spoken English skills
