Job Description We are looking for a passionate and dedicated IT Support Representative (m/f/d) to join our dynamic team on-site in Nabern / Germany. Your tasks Providing local support activities for the Global Service Desk, facilities and corporate IT functions Deskside, L2 support and other IT support at designated sites Troubleshoot and provide local support for end users Act as the local liaison between IT and the business Providing IT project support as required by the business Own a secondary technical skill (for example SCCM, Zscaler, Apple devices) Maintain internal user guides, guidance notes and technical documents Provide new starters with correct equipment and guided access to IT resources and ensure leaver equipment is processed correctly Stock control & inventory & secure hardware disposal Response time for escalations to Level 2 support within SLAs Replacement equipment available to meet SLA Occasionally setup and maintenance of the IT infrastructure at a basic level Provide vacation / holiday coverage to other in region liaisons Occasionally on call/standby work during scheduled out of hours IT upgrades
