We are looking for a PM to join the APEX team, working on delivering APEX Surveys. APEX Surveys is being developed to be the standard survey tool at Oracle. Responsibilities in this role range from identifying key features and owning from ideation to implementation to supporting the customer through onboarding to survey delivery. The product is at a critical point where we are ready to scale across Oracle. Building scalable systems and support will be key to success. You will work closely with a Technical Program Manager and Engineering team to ensure our product meets customer needs and are delivered on time. Career Level - IC3 Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: (What you will do) ? Maintain roadmap of product requirements, documenting requirements, and user scenarios ? Communicate clearly with development and quality teams about what is needed and when. ? Work with design and engineering teams to develop and release features using agile methods. ? Collaborate with Enterprise Engineering, legal and compliance teams to ensure smooth delivery and manage stakeholder communications. ? Assist in onboarding new customers and managing support channels. ? Create and update user assistance collateral, building compelling user assistance experience. ? Monitor project progress to ensure on-time delivery. ? Assess changes to the project plan and find solutions to keep things on track. ? Manage project issues and risks, escalating when needed. ? Help create reports and identify process gaps. ? Work closely with a Senior PM/TPM to gain insights and guidance on best practices. ? Participate in planning meetings and contribute to strategy discussions. Qualifications: (What we are looking for) ?
