Description
This role includes responsibilities related to the global function of Sales Administration, specifically focusing on associated capabilities and processes.
Process Design and Implementation
1. Define and own the Order-to-Cash (O2C) process from a technical perspective, including customer EDI, at the global and enterprise level.
2. Collaborate with business E2E process owners and functional departments on global, regional, and site levels to implement standard O2C processes.
3. Work closely with E2E process owners, sales leaders, and major stakeholders to ensure that process definitions align with the enterprise vision.
4. Coordinate with IT and SI counterparts for successful solution validation, process design, solution implementation, testing, and roll-out.
5. Ensure compliance with corporate policies, regulatory guidelines, and internal controls for concerned countries.
6. Act as an expert and focal point for the development and enhancement of the O2C solution, providing support to local super-users and stakeholders on crucial functionalities and issues.
Process Operations and Optimization
1. Ensure the timely and accurate delivery of O2C Operations to internal customers.
2. Maintain adequate and updated process documentation for use.
3. Handle queries and escalations, responding to critical vendor and internal customer inquiries.
4. Drive innovation and implement new technologies to improve the O2C process.
5. Promote standardization and harmonization of O2C processes.
