Job Description
* Professional and disciplinary management of the marketing team at the Waldkraiburg site
* Global positioning and strategic alignment of the NETZSCH brand and the Proven Excellence claim
* Ensuring a standardized brand presence in close cooperation with all global contacts in the Pumps & Systems business unit and the NETZSCH Group marketing team
* Conception/implementation and management of marketing tools as well as strategic selection of the respective internal and external communication channels and touchpoints to reach the target groups for the EMENA-region
* Responsibility and strategic direction of event management for the EMENA-region and support global
* Responsibility for internal communication with focus on intranet, company TV and employee magazine
* Strategic planning and responsibility for the marketing and communications budget (EMENA-region)
* Adaptation of the marketing and communication measures for EMENA in coordination with the respective country managers
* Cooperation with the sales organisation in acquiring new customers and managing existing customers
* Campaign planning for product launches in coordination with sales and product line management
* Professional leadership and management of the global marketing team
* Targeted and cost-efficient management of external service providers/agencies and
* Regular reporting to the Global Head of Sales and Marketing
Qualifications
* Completed studies in business administration with a specialisation in marketing, in the field of media or Communication sciences or a comparable
* Several years of professional experience in a comparable position on the corporate or agency side as well as in the management of employees
* Mastery of classic and digital marketing and communication measures
* Technical affinity
* Many years of experience in B2B marketing as well as a holistic, entrepreneurial way of thinking and working
* Analytical, conceptual and creative skills as well as a solution-orientated, structured way of working
* Collegial and constructive behaviour in teams across all hierarchical levels
* Very good written and spoken English language skills, other foreign languages an advantage
* Willingness to travel internationally
