Inside Sales Representative – Spanish Speaking
Our client, a leading provider of data and information services to the automotive industry, is part of a global organisation with a history of success in the automotive aftermarket. The Inside Sales Representative role is within their European operation, located in state-of-the-art headquarters in Cologne. As an Inside Sales Representative, you’ll join a dynamic team of around 10, operating in a fast-paced sales environment, generating new business over the phone. What you’ll need:
1. Proficiency in German and English is essential; additional Spanish language skills are advantageous.
2. A passion for sales and a talent for providing first-class customer service.
3. Previous experience in a telephone sales environment.
4. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a high call volume.
What you’ll be doing:
5. Achieve monthly sales targets.
6. Use Microsoft Dynamics to document activities and maintain customer data.
7. Manage your sales pipeline independently, acquiring new customers and processing assigned leads.
8. Participate in team events and trade fairs.
9. Identify customer challenges and needs and share this information with your colleagues.
