Employee (m/f/d) Service Desk Support
Join our full-time IT management team in Herten in the heart of the Ruhr region - and get ahead with the market leader for municipal IT solutions!
This will be your job...
* You are the first point of contact for our employees with IT questions and provide support by phone, email, ticketing tool and on-site support
* You solve minor IT problems independently and efficiently
* You analyze and classify complex requests before forwarding them to 2nd level support
* You create and analyze relevant KPIs to continuously improve our support processes
* You build and maintain a knowledge database, as well as our end-user documentation
* You ensure that our incident, problem and service request management processes are adhered to and optimized
* You promote knowledge transfer and collaboration through regular exchanges with other IT teams
* You support the integration of new companies and applications into our existing IT structures and processes
This is what we want...
* You have completed an IT apprenticeship (e.g. as an IT specialist in system integration, information technology assistant) or a comparable qualification
* You have several years of experience in service desk support and a strong affinity for IT
* You think in a solution-oriented way and communicate IT problems in an understandable and customer-friendly way - both in writing and over the phone in fluent German
* You work independently, in a structured manner and are a team player
* You have a keen interest in software, have a high level of technical understanding and enjoy sharing your knowledge with others
