Your daily tasks will include
️ direct the sales organization towards customer-centricity in alignment with existing growth objectives, focusing on order intake and revenue
️ actively seeking out new business opportunities and prospects within assigned accounts
️ building (managing) long-term key relationships with customers and effectively communicating at all levels of decision-making to understand their needs
️ drive initiatives aimed at improving customer satisfaction, loyalty, and value through effective management of customer relationships
️ conducting sales presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations to close deals and achieve sales target
️ participation in the "Customer Leadership Team" and coordination with supervisor & project management for monthly revenue planning and reporting
️ collaborate cross-functionally to identify and address key areas for improvement in customer management processes and systems
The following will make you succeed in this role
️ at least 5 years of enterprise experience in solution or consultative sales
️ ability to manage complex sales cycles from start to finish with a track record of successful revenue management
️ deep understanding of your market and existing customers' challenges, enabling you to craft compelling sales stories that create value for them
️ experience in managing simultaneous exchanges with an array of stakeholders, internal and external, across along as well as short sales cycle deals
️ ability to maintain accurate and timely customer, pipeline, and forecast data (. hubspot)
️ excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English and ability to work with people from different national and international locations
