What you can expect from us:
* Assist and support existing users with marketing automation tools
* Assist new users with onboarding and provide learning materials
* Ensure quality of marketing automation assets and conduct final checks for website forms, emails, and automation processes
* Manage and engage the internal marketing automation community
* Manage internal meetings including slide preparation, invitation management, agenda setting, follow-up communication
* Export, visualize, and present data from the marketing automation system
* Share insights and best practices within the company and monitor and support improvement of data quality, including email validation
What makes you special:
Education:
* Current enrollment in communications, marketing, business administration, or a related field
Knowledge and Experience:
* Previous experience in marketing, sales, operations, or community management is a plus
Language skills:
* Fluent business english
* German is an advantage
Other competencies:
* Knowledge of marketing automation tools is beneficial
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Strong data visualization and presentation skills
* Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work both independently and in a team
* Strong organizational and project management skills
