The EU Sales Business and Development Manager for Mammotome is responsible for creating and executing against project plans to develop and attain sales in focus products.
This position is part of the EMEA Commercial Leadership Team and will be fully remote. At Mammotome, our passion is driving innovative technologies that create efficiencies, while never forgetting that at the heart of every breast cancer journey is a patient.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
* Create and execute business plans in partnership with General Manager and National Sales Managers to understand accounts and territories, set priorities, and obtain strategic objectives.
* Coach FSO members to gain interest, qualify, demonstrate, conduct successful evaluations, and close sales on focused OR technology.
* Demonstrate product, procedure and clinical knowledge and proper surgical application of Company products.
* Conduct clinical presentations and evaluations where applicable to key stakeholders and physicians across EMEA and evaluations to position product within facility to achieve pull through.
The essential requirements of the job include:
* Bachelor’s degree required
* Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated success in selling capital and disposables. Deep knowledge of breast cancer diagnostics and surgery care pathway in a diagnostic industry where compliance to regulation is a must.
* Minimum of 2 years management experience with a track record of gaining followership, developing talent, and project management.
* Action oriented individual who is highly proactive at solving problems and obtaining results.
* Demonstrated experience with keeping a pulse on industry trends and opportunities for growth through product positioning.
Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:
* Frequent travel is required.
* May be required to travel for extended periods of time to provide coverage in open territories.
* Typical work-related travel assignments range 1-3 days per week, and as such overnight, out-of-town stays are required.
* Requires air travel on occasional basis.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
* Minimum of 5 years of sales experience is preferred in the surgical space.
