We are currently recruiting expanding our Site Management teams and we are looking for experienced Chargehands, Foremen and Supervisors to join our team working on a project located in Frankfurt, Germany. Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: Managing the program of works, ensuring works are completed on time by co ordinating site activities and construction teams in a progressive manner. Coordinating and Planning of resources inclusive of labour, materials and sub-contractors when engaged and required. Ensuring all variations and delays are notified to the relevant line manager. Ensuring all plant materials onsite are as per agreed specifications. Managing Quality Control set against approved benchmarks. Management of sub-contractor activities including tracking progress compared to schedule and manpower levels and raising damage notices as required. Liaising with health and safety to ensure works are being completed in the correct and safe manner and ensuring works are carried out in accordance with the approved RAMS. Staying abreast with housekeeping and ensuring all operatives are completing same keeping the workplace in a tidy manner and free of excess materials. Active participation in issuing the daily SPAs and permits, participate in the TBTs and daily employee meetings. Reporting on progress, throughout the project timeline and preparation of all relevant reports in line with company policies and practices. Skills: Strong communication skills with fluency in both written and spoken English. Trade qualified or construction related qualification. 2+ years experience on a large-scale project as an Electrical Foreman, or other supervisory role. Strong organisation and management skills. Ability to manage time, drive productivity and meet deadlines. Datacentre experience is advantageous. Ability to manage and prioritise tasks.
