Join our meridol team as (Associate) Brand Manager POC and support us to develop a brand growth plan for the meridol brand for our professional channel (dentist & pharmacy) in close cooperation with the Brand Managers from the mass market team.
Job Responsibilities:
1. You are supporting our team in developing holistic Brand Growth Plans for meridol with behavioral data and people-centric insights across the professional channels in close cooperation with the meridol brand lead, the meridol Brand Manager POC & mass and cross functional and divisional teams
2. You will help to maintain an always-on media and marketing plan, sliced for defined segments and targets and localize all Professional assets for meridol
3. You are ensuring strong executional and detailing plans, driving BRMO (brand recommendations) at the dentist in collaboration with our Brand Manager POC
4. You are part of the product management of all professional meridol products (includes artwork creation, SKU management, claims)
5. You are supporting the development of all educational materials and inputs for professional sales materials
6. You are working in close cooperation with Scientific Affairs, Sales and our Digital Transformation team
Key Skills, Competencies & Qualifications:
7. College or University degree in Marketing or a similar field
8. First work experience (1-2 years) in Brand Management preferably in Consumer Goods & Healthcare Goods, OTC / OTX. Experience in medical marketing & working with health care professionals is a clear plus
9. Consumer & Profession focused: Works with agility and finds new ways through the use of digital tools and data to get closer to consumers and shoppers. Puts consumer needs and experience at the heart of all activities and decisions
10. Digital savvy: Experience with digital media to drive clear plans by media/ channel across the people journey together with the specialists in the Digital Transformation team
