About the job:
1. Campaign planning: Gather insights and intelligence from different sources and support the development of marketing briefs.
2. Create campaign plans of pan-regional campaigns for all competence centers at Synpulse while coordinating with internal stakeholders.
3. Campaign implementation: Take responsibility for your campaigns while implementing them using the full variety of marketing channels – online advertising, e-mailing, events, social media, marketing automation.
4. Drive and manage the creation of collaterals and steer lead gen.
5. Campaign tracking and analysis: Continuously work and report on the results of campaigns and implement improvement measures where necessary to meet defined KPIs.
6. Analyse campaign performance and prepare post-campaign reports.
7. Partner with the global marketing team to drive group marketing initiatives.
8. Support office management tasks together with the local internal services team.
About you:
9. University degree in business, marketing or communication, a diploma or work experience in related field
10. Experience in marketing and communication, preferably within the Financial Services or Consulting industry
11. Entrepreneurial mind set, strong problem solver with a hands-on mentality as well as high customer and service orientation•Proven project management and communication skills•
12. Good knowledge and understanding of the consulting world
13. International experience/background is a plus
14. Knowledge of tools like Salesforce, Google Analytics is an advantage
15. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
16. Strong time management, organizational and problem-solving skills
17. Ability to cope with pressure and tight deadlines
18. Flexible and proactive - able to focus on solutions instead of problems
