We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven (Junior) Marketplace Manager to join our growing team at Kaiser Kraft. This exciting role involves managing and optimizing our presence across third-party marketplaces (e.g., Amazon), identifying opportunities for international expansion, and driving performance improvements. You will be responsible for overseeing marketplace budgets, optimizing product listings, and analyzing marketing campaigns to increase revenue and profitability. If you have e-commerce experience, a knack for creative problem-solving, and the desire to make an impact, we’d love to hear from you Key Responsibilities: Marketplace Management: Identify and implement third-party (3P) marketplaces for various product ranges, including expanding our footprint by entering new marketplaces and expanding internationally. Budget & KPIs: Take charge of marketplace budgets, continuously analyzing and improving key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive growth. Key Account Management: Manage key accounts from marketplaces, building and maintaining strong partnerships to ensure marketplace success. Content Optimization: Implement and optimize marketplace content such as A Content, Brand Store creations, and keyword optimizations to enhance product visibility. Market Analysis: Analyze selection gaps, identify growth opportunities, and develop strategies to expand the product portfolio. Campaign Management: Responsible for creating and steering marketing campaigns on third-party marketplaces (e.g., Amazon) and continuously improving their performance. Multi-Channel Marketing: Focus on improving marketplace marketing performance across three channels: sponsored ads, programmatic advertising, and display campaigns. Performance & Branding: Oversee and optimize branding and performance budgets to ensure efficient campaign spending and maximize return on investment (ROI). Task Description: Performance Improvement: Enhance marketplace performance with a focus on growing the customer base, increasing revenue, and improving profitability. Product Listings: Create, optimize, and improve marketplace product listings to ensure they are engaging and high-performing. New Marketplace Contracts: Establish new contracts with marketplaces to expand sales channels and maximize visibility. Campaign Optimization: Continuously optimize campaign structures, ensuring efficiency and effective budget allocation for maximum impact. Troubleshooting: Identify and solve technical issues such as blocked marketplace accounts or inactive product listings. Work on identifying the root cause and implementing solutions to maintain marketplace health. Process Improvement: Contribute to improving and streamlining internal processes, particularly where manual processes exist. Professional Requirements: Marketplace Experience: Proven experience working with third-party marketplaces, especially Amazon. E-Commerce & Marketing Expertise: Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and online marketing strategies, with an understanding of what is essential for selling goods online. Business Development: Ability to identify new opportunities and take initiative in expanding sales channels and improving product offerings. Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data and extract actionable insights to continuously improve marketplace performance. Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various teams and stakeholders. Self-Management: Strong self-management skills, with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. Excel Proficiency: Solid experience with Excel for tracking performance and analyzing data. Language Skills: Fluent in English (required for an international team).
