The Mercedes-Benz CRM Team is part of the Marketing Communications Department of Region Europe Passenger Cars and has the objective to guarantee the best Customer Experience in order to achieve a high and long-term customer loyalty. Therefore, we put to customer in the center of all our Mercedes-Benz CRM activities, standardize processes (campaign, lead and customer care) and support the implementation of the CRM system (Salesforce) and steer the change management process in our European markets.
We are located in the Offices in Stuttgart-Vaihingen or in our own home offices. The brand-new facilities designed by the open office/free seating principle gives us the perfect infrastructure for CRM. Our international team consist of colleagues from over countries. With our convincing and positive attitude, you will feel right at home as a team player. We are expecting you to learn, be open, make your own decisions and take responsibility.
These challenges await you:
1. Assist and support our international project within the Customer Management Team
2. Support the European markets with the CRM measures, standard processes and their systematical implementation
3. Support the CRM system implementation based on the European markets requirements
4. Project management tasks: Assist in the planning and organization of meetings and workshops
5. Project cost controlling and risk management
6. Collaboration with other departments (e.g. Financial Services, After-Sales, IT, Marketing, Vans, Legal, etc.)
7. Taking care of the project related communication platforms (Jira, Confluence, SharePoint)
8. Research of CRM trends and competition activities
Qualifikationen
9. Working towards a Bachelor or Masters Degree in Business Administration, Economics or similar Degrees, ideally with focus on Marketing
10. Good knowledge of German and English (written / spoken), other European language as an asset
11. Ideally previous relevant experience in Marketing / Sales / Customer Management
12. Team player, good analytical skills, structured, flexible, communicative, proactive, responsible accurate person with intercultural competencies
