Your mission We are looking for a full-time (m/f/d) Account Manager to join the Sales team remotely. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Leader to join our team at Resolve Biosciences and play a key role in driving our company’s success. You will be responsible for leading our sales strategy and operations within the designated territory. Ideally you have a deep understanding of the life sciences market and be responsible for developing and executing sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets. Working cross-functionally with teams such as Marketing and Product Development you will play a critical role in refining our product offerings, supporting launches, and executing go-to-market strategies that resonate with our target audiences. Your Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue and growth targets within the assigned territory. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including academic institutions, biotech companies, and research organizations. Identify new business opportunities by understanding customer needs and market trends and provide feedback to internal teams. Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, and sales training for customers, channel partners. Manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools (e.g., Sales Force), providing regular updates on forecast and sales performance. Collaborate with Marketing and Product Development teams to support promotional activities and launches. Mentor and train junior sales team members to foster professional growth and alignment with the company's strategic goals. Generate written and oral presentations of technical updates for presentation at internal meetings for key stakeholders. Collaborating with other internal groups at Resolve to ensure open communication and timely completion of deliverables. Your profile Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biology, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA, Ph.D.) is a plus. Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the life sciences or biotechnology industry. Strong understanding of molecular biology, spatial biology, and general scientific fields. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to travel up to 70% of the time within the designated territory. Demonstrated ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities and deadlines. Experience with multidisciplinary development projects and working within a cross-functional team.
