Product Manager (m/f/d)
We are exclusively supporting an innovative U.S. biopharmaceutical company in their search for an experienced and dynamic Product Manager (m/f/d) to join their growing team in Germany and the DACH region. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the successful launch of innovative therapies in the cardiovascular field.
Reporting directly to the Commercial Director DACH, the Product Manager (m/f/d) will be responsible for planning and executing marketing and omnichannel promotional initiatives. Collaborating closely with the DACH leadership team and international marketing colleagues, the Product Manager will develop and implement the affiliate marketing plan, ensuring a competitive and successful product launch in Germany, fully aligned with EU and global strategies.

Your Key Responsibilities
* Support the development of the German marketing strategy as part of the Launch/Brand Plan in collaboration with the Commercial Director DACH and EU/global teams.
* Build and execute German marketing tactics based on the brand plan, focusing on HCP information needs and delivering multichannel content.
* Localize unbranded and branded campaigns, create materials, and manage initiatives in collaboration with EU/global Marketing and Digital Marketing teams.
* Plan and execute complex omnichannel initiatives and congress presence at national/regional events in partnership with Commercial and Medical Affairs teams.
* Develop marketing communication tools and channels that enhance HCP engagement, including field force training on campaigns.
* Manage budgets, financial processes, sales reporting, and forecasting.
* Ensure all marketing activities meet Medical, Regulatory, and Legal requirements and comply with SOPs, local market rules, and data protection regulations.
Your Skills & Experiences:
* Bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital media, communications, or a related field preferred.
* 3+ years in operative marketing, omnichannel, or related roles within healthcare/pharma, ideally with specialty care product launches.
* Pharmaceutical sales experience is a plus.
* Proven expertise in omnichannel planning and HCP engagement with strong knowledge of digital tactics.
* Solid understanding of regulations governing HCP communication.
* Strong multitasking, prioritization, and pressure management skills.
* Advanced proficiency in relevant software, finance administration, and contract management systems.
* Experience working with media buying partners, marketing agencies, and event organizers.
* Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
* Proven project management experience with planning and cross-functional coordination skills.
* Proficiency in PowerPoint and effective presentation skills.
* Structured, efficient, solution-focused, and highly organized.
* Self-starter with integrity, professionalism, and alignment with company values.
* Fluent in German and business English.
