Job Description
We are looking for a (Junior) International Brand Manager - Western Europe (BENELUX, FR) (m/f/d) to support our team.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Leading exciting projects to further grow brands such as Alpecin (targeting hair loss in men), Plantur 39 (focused on menopausal hair loss), and Vagisan (intimate health expert), with a primary focus on the BENELUX region
* Strategically and operationally developing, implementing, monitoring, and optimizing media campaigns (e.g., Meta, Google) and cross-brand projects for both existing and new brands
* Developing and adapting marketing assets for both B2C and B2B sectors, encompassing retail and online platforms
* Monitoring market dynamics, trends, and competitive activities to inform strategic decisions
* Collaborating closely with international colleagues, agencies, and global marketing and sales teams to achieve business objectives
Your Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Experience in international marketing, preferably within the FMCG sector
* Fluent in Dutch (native level) and English; proficiency in French is a plus
* Strong analytical skills, with the ability to understand complex data, interpret it, and translate findings into actionable recommendations
* Open-minded and capable of working effectively within an international team, with a strong inclination towards developing new topics
* Understanding of AI and its practical implementation in marketing strategies
