Our Sales DACH department ensures the commercial development of all our product ranges.
It brings our values closer to our customers: innovation, sovereignty, team spirit. Present in several countries, the team works with our customers to build the future of cloud solutions and OVHcloud.
Your main responsibilities
* Contribute to the growth of our customers in a defined territory by developing business opportunities,
* Understand the customer's business and what differentiates it in its sector; identify OVHcloud solutions that best meet the customer's needs,
* Identify hidden needs and major technical constraints,
* Validate prospects and provide regular sales follow-up,
* Implement customer projects and close sales,
* Identify prospects in need of personalized follow-up and refer them to internal sales teams,
* Take all necessary internal training courses to develop and maintain advanced knowledge of products, technologies and sales strategies,
* Report all actions taken to customers.

* Knowledge of OVHcloud products, services and use cases
* Mastery of your portfolio: your customers' businesses and challenges
* Physical and/or virtual meetings with your entire portfolio (30 customers)
* Identification of your customers with growth potential
* Total mastery of the sales process (from transactional sales to complex deals) and of our internal tools
* Appropriation of performance management tools: pipeline, leads, revenue tracking, sales reporting
And in 1 year
* OVHcloud's market ecosystem as a whole and the resulting synergies: Go to market, segmentation, programs (partners, OpenTrustedCLoud, Start-ups), initiatives
* The added market value of your customers and how we can help them conquer new markets by leveraging our Cloud solutions & ecosystem
* Clear sales strategy for your portfolio and future growth drivers (short, medium and long term)
* Plan for the transformation of our IaaS customers to a more managed & PaaS-oriented model
* Lead initiatives within the company / BU / team
Skills required
* You have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar position,
* You are autonomous in managing customer relations,
* You have a keen interest in technology and cloud-based business models,
* Good command of IT tools (CRM),
* You are speaking German fluently and have a B2 level in English, with professional experience in an international environment,
* Knowledge of the IT market and the competition,
* You have a strong team spirit.
