Your tasks and responsibilities: You will represent the audit department within the company as an independent and trusted partner for the management You will identify, analyze and assess key business risks using internal business metrics, risk management processes and knowledge of external megatrends to contribute to the preparation of the annual global audit plan You will coordinate, plan and execute multiple assigned global audit topics simultaneously You will implement the overall Audit strategy, Audit policies and processes You are responsible for defining and implementing comprehensive audit programs and methodologies to effectively and efficiently address the business challenges and risk areas identified in the audit plan You are responsible for project-specific resource management and ensure a high quality of the audit team's output You will create concise Audit Reports on local and global level You will identify, develop and promote digital use cases (e.g. data analysis, AI, process mining) that increase audit coverage, assurance level or efficiency in the audits You will prepare meetings with management and lead these meetings to present and align the audit results and derived measures to improve the business processes You will lead a team of up to 7 employees and use your strong leadership skills to coach and support your team members in their professional development To find out more about the specific business, have a look at https://www.siemens-healthineers.com/de/products-services Your qualifications and experience: You have a university degree in economics, finance / accounting, industrial engineering or IT You have many years of professional experience at Siemens Healthineers, the Siemens Group, a management consultancy or a related medical technology industry Ideally, you have also gained extensive experience in an audit-related environment You have successful professional past career progression and motivation and potential to develop into further management positions outside of Audit You have extensive knowledge of accounting (IFRS) / financial reporting, controlling or several business processes (especially SCM, PLM, CRM, IT). Ideally, you have knowledge of external auditing or internal auditing with appropriate qualifications (e.g. CPA, CIA, CISA) You have very good knowledge of project management in a complex, global organization You have extensive practical knowledge of the possibilities of digitalization in audit activities or high affinity for digitalization and willingness to actively contribute your knowledge You have several years of experience in leading international teams Your attributes and skills: At Siemens Healthineers, our audits are conducted in English.
