With responsibility for managing the global nuclear installed base, enhancing customer satisfaction, driving product mix evolution, and leading value creation and innovation, you will also oversee a small team of leaders. You'll work closely with engineering and operations at nuclear sites, as well as with executive management, playing a key role in our Flow Controls Nuclear Business Unit. In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: - Working with sales to set and drive parts order targets. - Leading pricing strategy to meet profitability goals. - Improving processes to reduce spare parts lead times. - Collaborating with site leaders on proposals and projects. - Developing new offerings to expand market coverage. - Continuing to develop existing product manager groups. - Working closely with engineering to expand the product offer. - Establishing a new team of product managers to drive innovations. Who You Are: You readily distinguish between what's relevant and what's unimportant to make sense of complex situations, remaining energized and effective when faced with ambiguity and uncertainty. You anticipate customer needs and provide services that are beyond customer expectations. You have an in-depth understanding of how businesses work and make money. You transform financial information into business intelligence through analysis and integration of available information and are able to provide balanced feedback at the most critical times, delivering messages in a clear, compelling, and concise manner. For This Role, You Will Need: - Master's degree in engineering or related discipline. - Solid experience in nuclear industry. - Demonstrated abilities in engaging and listening to the voice of our customers. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools. - Fluency in English is essential, with proficiency in local languages (French or German) considered an advantage. - Ability to travel (up to 20% of time).
