Your Role As an Executive Assistant, you will provide high-level support to our leadership team, managing daily administrative tasks and ensuring smooth operations. Your role is critical in helping executives stay organized and focused on strategic goals. Responsibilities Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements. Prepare reports, and correspondence. Handle confidential information with discretion. Assist in meetings, taking notes and following up on action items. Support administrative tasks for the executive team. Requirements Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent written and verbal communication in German and English. High level of professionalism and discretion. Already living in the Munich metropolitan area.
