You will lead the strategy, development and management of our channels in close cooperation with other departments, external partners and agencies and continuously contribute your creativity to optimize our strategy. In particular, you willdevelop cross team social media and influencer marketing strategies and conceptslead the development and management of channels in cooperation with external partners/agenciesidentify relevant success criteria and develop cross departmental content KPI reportingdevelop, implement and manage internal processes relevant to content across teams and countries (e.g. production, tools, workflows)conduct test and learn cases with other departments and our partners (incl. media)develop lead content partnerships and platform relationships (Meta, TikTok etc.) as well as content oriented strategic partnerships in the travel contextbrief / manage agencies and partners and provide technical advice to the teams, partners and countriesWhat you should bring alongCompleted studies in the field of communication or media sciences / marketing / social mediaSeveral years of professional experience in social media (TikTok, Instagram) and influencer marketingSkills in strategic planning and operational implementation of social media caigns including experience in paid media, management platforms and trendsHigh level of initiative, ambition and the ability to work independently and drive projects forwardVery good written and spoken German and English skillsExcellent stakeholder and interface management and strong communication skillsIf you do not tick all boxes, but still believe you are a match to this role, we are happy to get in touch.
