Your mission
* You will independently manage our Windows servers and clients as well as Active Directory and MS Office 365 tenants.You configure and set up our network infrastructure.
* You will be responsible for setting up, installing and administering hardware and software, telephony and mobile devices as well as managing the associated contracts and software licenses.
* You ensure the security of our system and data security through cybersecurity measures.
* You actively support the configuration and maintenance of ERP systems and our CRM system Salesforce.
* With your structured approach, you document processes and create user documentation.
* With your expertise, you will provide IT support for users as required and help with faults in the company network.

At Unchained Robotics, we believe that for too long automation has been sold as rocket science, that it's been made needlessly complicated and more expensive. As a result, small and medium-sized companies have long hesitated to automate tasks that could have been automated 5, 10, or even 15 years ago. In a country where finding new workers - especially for repetitive manual tasks - has become supremely difficult, this has to stop. And that is our mission. At Unchained Robotics we are building a transparent, brand-agnostic platform to help customers discover, price, and compare automation solutions and show them just how easy - and reasonably priced - automation can really be. We not only help customers find the right robots, grippers, and parts, but design, build, and deploy complete automation solutions. We'll accompany the client on either path: be it do-it-yourself, a turnkey solution, or something in between. Found in 2019 as a two-man operation, our company has grown to become the team it is today. And we're looking to grow this motivated team even further to help drive automation forward in Germany and Europe.
