Description Drive business growth for your clients and Gallup. As a management consultant, you will become a trusted adviser to your clients and help them gain a competitive advantage in the marketplace by providing compelling, innovative, and strategic insights and recommendations for maximum organizational performance. What you’ll do: Conduct initial consultations and needs assessments to develop a deep understanding of client challenges Diagnose business needs and design customized solutions — many times from the ground up — that will span several years and cross multiple disciplines Develop and execute strategic plans for implementing solutions alongside your clients Stay up to date on the latest Gallup insights published in workplace articles, collateral, reports, case studies, best practices and other resources, and communicate relevant research and insights to your clients Influence decision-making at the highest levels of client organizations Provide reliable, timely support that strengthens client relationships Who we want: Trusted advisers whose executive presence and engaging personalities empower them to make bold recommendations, challenge top leaders and close deals Influential leaders who set clear expectations, navigate tough conversations with command, hold others accountable, and inspire leaders and teams to align and act Driven consultants who manage multiple stakeholders, juggle competing agendas and execute complex projects with excellence in high-pressure situations Competitive learners whose credibility comes from their intense intellectual curiosity and desire to understand all facets of a client’s business Sophisticated program architects who use their strong entrepreneurial spirit to identify business opportunities and design transformational solutions What you need: Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred Minimum of three years of experience in management consulting, human capital consulting, consultative business development, complex project management or employee engagement projects required Full fluency in German and English required; must be able to communicate effectively with clients in both languages on day one Availability to work on-site at Gallup’s Berlin office at least three days a week required Eligibility to work in Germany required; this position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship What we offer: We create exceptional workplaces, starting with our own.
