Work with corporate systems (servicedesk, svn, etc) Prepare IT documentation Communications with suppliers Mandatory Skills Description: Hardware: basic experience with end-user equipment (Laptop, PC, Monitor, Printer, IP Phone, Projector etc) Understanding of main components, Upgrade. Troubleshooting. Network: basic understanding technologies and protocols : TCP\IP, DNS, DHCP, HTTP(S), FTP,SSH, Troubleshooting. Other: SVN, other common end-user applications. Work experience with Linux. MAC: advanced knowledge's, troubleshooting. Experience of MS products support Languages: English: B2 Upper Intermediate German: A2 Elementary
