About the role:
In this role, you will support our HR team with the administrative and operational follow-up of employee sickness cases, ensuring compliance with Dutch legislation. You will also contribute to onboarding activities and provide hands-on assistance to HR Business Partners. This is a dynamic position suited for someone who enjoys working with people and wants to gain first work experience in a modern HR environment.
About your tasks:
* Provide administrative support to the Case Manager and HR Business Partner Health in handling employee sickness cases.
* Assist in following up on cases in compliance with the Wet verbetering poortwachter (Dutch legislation).
* Participate in conversations with sick employees and managers to ensure clear communication and appropriate support.
* Support the onboarding process of new employees, especially during Welcome Days, in coordination with the HR Business Partners.
About your role:
* Proficiency in English and German (spoken and written), with the ability to engage in meaningful conversations with employees and managers.
* Dutch language skills are a strong plus.
* Comfortable working with tools such as MS Teams, Outlook, and Microsoft Office. Training will be provided for Jira and Afas.
* Availability for a minimum of 3 days (24 hours) per week, with a preference for additional days/hours (up to full-time).
* Willingness and ability to work from our Sevenum office for in-person conversations and team interactions.
