Manage front desk operations, including answering inquiries, directing visitors, and handling correspondence. Utilize Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Publisher, Outlook, SharePoint, and Excel for administrative tasks. Maintain records, schedules, and reports with attention to detail and accuracy. Communicate effectively with colleagues, supervisors, and clients to ensure smooth office operations. Obtain and complete all required background checks within 30 days of contract award. Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of one (1) year of customer service experience in a front desk/reception office environment. Language Proficiency: Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently to communicate clearly with colleagues, supervisors, and clients. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, Publisher, Outlook, SharePoint, and Excel.
