Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Sales Representative for DACH to drive sales. This role is ideal for a professional with at least two years of experience in relevant sales roles, preferably within cinematography, photography, or related industries. The ideal candidate will have a strong business mindset, a competitive drive to achieve results, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with dealers. Reporting to the Key Account Manager Central, you will play a crucial role in delivering sales results and supporting marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver sales growth and consistently meet or exceed quarterly targets in the DACH region
* Build and nurture strong relationships with dealers, B2B accounts, and end customers
* Support and execute marketing campaigns and product launches, ensuring successful implementation and tracking performance through the Profoto event tracker
* Conduct co-visits with dealers to key B2B accounts, such as rental companies, studios, and schools, to drive sales and brand awareness
* Actively engage in market development, identifying new opportunities and trends to drive business
* Supporting account management in a multi-channel sales environment
* Providing accurate sales forecasts and contributing to strategic planning
Requirements
* At least two years of experience in relevant sales roles (experience in video cinematography or photography is a plus)
* A strong business mindset and proven ability to achieve sales results
* Native-level German and fluent English (Dutch is a plus)
* Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
* Willingness to travel extensively in DACH Germany
* Adaptability and a proactive approach to working in a fast-paced environment
